Who handles your data

The controller is the person who runs TRALAS.PRO. Reach us by phone at +370 603 53043.

What we receive and why

There are no forms on this site: you reach us by calling or by writing on WhatsApp or SMS. We then see your phone number and whatever you tell us or write – where you are, what car it is, what happened. We use this only to help you and arrange the transport.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the contract itself.

How long we keep it

We don’t copy your data into any system or database – only the call and message history on the phone remains. We delete it on request.

Who receives it

Calls and SMS are carried by the mobile operator, WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp (Meta). We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your location

The “Send my location” button finds your location on your phone and puts a link into a message you send yourself – by WhatsApp, SMS or by copying it. We never store your coordinates and they never reach our server.

Cookies and analytics

We use no cookies and no visitor analytics. Your browser only keeps essential settings: the theme you picked and a dismissed language hint.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you – call or write to us. If you think your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
